Coaching
When does coaching help?
-
If you want to reflect on your professional or private actions with a professional counterpart
-
If you seek personal or career development
-
If you are facing a change in your personal life or career that you want to prepare
-
If you cannot achieve important life goals or do not have a clear vision of your goals
-
If you are ready to actively work on your goals
Not every problem requires psychotherapy. Using systemic counseling methods, I support you in change processes and challenges that arise in your professional or private life. This can be helpful with the following issues, among others: Professional crises or conflicts at work Professional or private reorientation Upcoming decision-making processes Dealing with the tension between (professional) demands and your own expectations of yourself (e.g. the question of how you can set boundaries and take care of yourself) (Re-) Defining goals and ideas for the future
What is the coaching process?
How long does the coaching process take?
-
As short as possible, as long as necessary
-
A coaching process is an individual process that takes place in a time frame specifically tailored to you
-
Often just a few sessions are enough to solve your problem
We decide together when and how often appointments take place
A single lesson lasts 50 minutes
Sometimes it can be useful to hold appointments as double lessons in order to be able to work on topics in more depth
Our sessions can also be held online by arrangement
What are the costs?
The costs for coaching are not covered by private health insurance and the "Beihilfe", as the issues involved are not psychological illnesses.
Self-payers
Billing is based on the fee schedule for psychotherapists "Gebührenordnung für Psychotherapeuten" (GOP) and amounts to €150.00 per individual session.
